As a Dispatcher, you'll be at the center of our operation, ensuring clients receive outstanding service while coordinating with our professional chauffeurs to deliver seamless transportation solutions.

What You'll Do

- Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist clients with booking limousine and transportation services.
- Provide accurate pricing, service information, and transportation recommendations.




- Manage reservations and enter booking details accurately into the dispatch system.
- Coordinate and communicate booking information with drivers and operators.
- Ensure client requests and special requirements are captured and fulfilled.
- Learn and understand common destinations and service areas.
- Assist with business development efforts by identifying opportunities and supporting lead follow-up activities.
- Support other departments with administrative projects as required.
- Assist our taxi call-taking team during peak periods when needed.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous reservation, dispatching, or call center experience is preferred.




- Limousine or transportation industry experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Robust organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Requirements Prestige Limousine operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including:

- Mornings
- Afternoons
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays
