Product Consultant

Spring Honda – Cranbrook, BC Spring Honda is a family-owned and operated dealership looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Product Consultant to join our growing sales team in Cranbrook, BC.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven to succeed, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Consultant, you will help customers through the entire vehicle-buying experience while providing the level of service they expect from Spring Honda.

Responsibilities include

- Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle needs
- Presenting new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Following up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Developing strong knowledge of Honda products, technology, features, and programs
- Working with the management team to help customers find the right vehicle and purchasing solution
- Maintaining accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Generating new business through prospecting, referrals, previous customers, and dealership opportunities
- Assisting with vehicle deliveries and ensuring customers understand the features of their new vehicle
- Representing Spring Honda professionally both inside and outside the dealership

- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Comfort working with phones, email, texting, and dealership technology
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- A valid BC driver’s licence
- A valid VSA Salesperson Licence is required

Previous automotive or sales experience is an asset, but we are more interested in attitude, effort, and coachability.
