Pebl in Toronto (hybrid) is seeking a Product Manager to own Lifecycle Management, covering time off, leave, and time tracking across 185+ countries. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and partner with engineering to improve policy accuracy across jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes self-service automation, data-driven experiments, and transparent stakeholder communication. 3-5 years PM experience and a Computer Science background are required.
