Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations into clear product requirements and detailed PRDs. Understand and advocate for customers in product and process decisions.
Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to inform product strategy, prioritization, and go-to-market decisions. Own the product development lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with engineering to identify technical dependencies, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
Monitor product performance and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, customer care, finance, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Contribute to product experiments and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, adoption, and business performance.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, with experience managing multiple product development cycles. ~ Experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature development. ~ Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, prioritization, and product lifecycle management. ~ Experience writing transparent product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. ~ Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development processes, APIs, and technical dependencies. ~ Experience using data, analytics, and customer insights to make product decisions. ~ Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environment. ~ Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems independently, and take ownership of projects from concept to completion. ~ A degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is an asset.
