Product Marketing Manager (GTM)

Thermtest designs and manufactures thermophysical measurement instruments for engineers, scientists and R&D; who need precise data on how materials conduct heat. When thermal data is inaccurate or hard to get, designs fail, projects stall, and testing gets repeated.
Our instruments give R&D; and quality control teams fast, accurate, and defensible results so they can qualify materials with confidence, reduce risk, and get products to market faster. We are headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick, with hubs in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Your role
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Thermtest goes to market. You will bring the marketing depth and technical fluency to turn complex instrument capabilities into clear positioning, strong launches, and campaigns that drive pipeline.
You will work closely with sales, product, and our technical experts, and you will run your work in HubSpot.
What you’ll do
- Own go-to-market plans for current and existing products, from positioning and messaging through launch and post-launch performance.
- Translate technical features into customer value for engineers, R&D; leaders, and quality teams.
- Run competitive and market research, and turn insights into positioning, battlecards, and sales tools.
- Build and manage campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Use AI tools to work faster and smarter across research, content, and analysis.
- Equip sales with messaging, enablement content, and training that helps close deals.
- Measure what works and optimize based on data.
What you bring
- 4+ years in product marketing or B2B go-to-market roles, ideally in technical or scientific products.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: campaigns, automation, CRM, and reporting.
- A track record of product launches and positioning work you can point to.
- Strong technical aptitude. You are comfortable learning materials science and measurement concepts and explaining them clearly.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work.
- Clear, concise writing for technical audiences.
- Self-directed in a remote setting, able to manage multiple projects across time zones.
Nice to have
- Engineering or science degree, or experience in scientific instruments, test and measurement, or materials.
- Experience marketing to engineering or technical audiences in industrial markets.
- Experience with targeted, account-focused campaigns.
