Product Owner / Business Analyst (Time & Attendance and Workforce Management)

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to help shape and deliver our Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions. You'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning complex needs into clear, actionable requirements, and using data and modern AI tools to make better decisions, faster.

What You'll Do

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that development and QA teams can act on
- Query, analyze, and validate data using SQL to support requirements, uncover insights, and verify solution behavior
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, and take part in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them aligned and informed throughout delivery
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, brainstorming, process analysis, user story creation, and rapid prototyping
- Create and maintain documentation, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, Jira, and Confluence

What You'll Bring

Required

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role




- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
- Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Solid SQL skills: writing queries with joins, aggregations, and subqueries to analyze and validate data
- Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data quality validation to support business decisions and requirements
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) for requirements discovery, brainstorming, process analysis, user story creation, and rapid prototyping

Preferred

- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Payroll, or HCM domains
