You'll maintain high food safety and quality standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients in a supportive camp environment. Produce scratch and pre-fabricated bakery products
- Prepare and plate cakes, pies, and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Complete HACCP and production logs
- Stock and maintain bakery service area Current Food Protected certificate is required
- Red Seal certification is an asset
