Dynaflex Pipe Ltd. is looking for a reliable, safety-minded Production Line Hand to join our production team in Nisku, Alberta.

This is an entry-level position supporting our HDPE pipe extrusion operations. The Line hand monitors finished pipe, performs basic quality checks and packages products for storage or shipment. This position works closely with extrusion operators and shift leaders to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Previous pipe-manufacturing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is dependable and is willing to learn. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Monitor stick pipe, coils and reels as they come off the extrusion line.
- Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to confirm products meet required specifications.
- Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices as required.
- Identify and promptly report product defects, quality concerns or equipment issues.
- Package finished pipe according to company procedures.
- Build and assemble pipe packaging, crates and steel reels using hand and power tools.
- Assist extrusion operators with line setups and product changeovers.
- Move finished products and materials to designated staging areas.
- Operate a forklift once properly trained and authorized.
- Remove and properly separate scrap material while helping reduce unnecessary waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area inside the plant and in designated outdoor areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.




- Complete required production or packaging records accurately.
- Support operators, shift leaders and other team members as required.

Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse or other hands-on experience is an asset but not required.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using common hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience with calipers, micrometers or similar measuring devices is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and quality requirements.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes and skills.
- Available to work scheduled shifts, including days, nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling materials as required.
