We're a local exterior home services company specializing in interlock restoration, polymeric sand installation and patio sealing across Greater Sudbury. We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, hardworking leader to run our crews in the field this summer.

About the Role

As Production Manager, you'll be the link between the crews and the customer. You'll make sure every job is scheduled, staffed, completed to a high standard, and leaves the homeowner happy. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend most of your day on job sites, not behind a desk. You will also earn a performance bonus per managed job

What You'll Do

- Build and manage daily and weekly crew schedules, adjusting for weather and job progress
- Lead job start-ups with homeowners and make sure crews understand the scope of each job
- Visit active job sites daily to check quality, solve problems, and keep work on track
- Train new crew members on interlock cleaning, sanding, sealing, and safe equipment use
- Give crews clear, immediate feedback and hold them to our quality standards
- Run final walkthroughs with customers and handle any touch-ups or callbacks
- Track materials (sand, sealer, supplies) and make sure crews have what they need




- Take completion photos and keep job records and hours accurate
- Step in and work alongside crews when needed

What We're Looking For

- Solid leader who's comfortable directing a team and holding people accountable
- Organized, reliable, and good at juggling multiple jobs at once
- Confident communicating with homeowners
- Comfortable doing physical outdoor work in summer conditions
- Valid G2/G licence and access to a vehicle [an asset / required]
- Experience in landscaping, construction, painting, or crew supervision is an asset, but not required. We'll train the right person

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on weather
