Responsibilities* Supervise, coach and develop a team of production employees in a manufacturing environment* Manage daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery objectives are achieved* Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture* Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and manufacturing standards* Monitor production schedules and proactively address issues that may impact project milestones and delivery timelines* Coordinate workforce allocation, materials and resources to support production requirements* Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency,
