About Roland Berrier

Roland Berrier is a Toronto-based designer brand known for thoughtfully crafted ready-to-wear accessories that balance modern silhouettes with artisanal detail. Our small, collaborative studio works across design, production, and brand, and we're looking for an organized, detail-driven Project Assistant to help keep it all moving.

The Role

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Project Assistant supports day-to-day coordination of collections, campaigns, and studio projects from concept through delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves structure, thrives in a creative environment, and wants to grow within the fashion and design industry.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across design, production, and marketing teams
- Track samples, materials, and production milestones; follow up with suppliers and manufacturers
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and circulate action items
- Maintain project trackers, line sheets, tech pack folders, and shared files
- Support photoshoots, showroom appointments, and events with logistics and scheduling
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices,



and budget tracking
- Handle general studio administration and support the team wherever needed

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role (fashion, design, or creative industry experience is an asset)
- A diploma or degree in fashion, business, design management, or a related field is an asset
- Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Transparent, professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in design and craftsmanship

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
