Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee mid rise residential construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction processes, software tools, and project management principles will drive project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, utilizing construction management software such as Premier, Forma and MS Project
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Oversee the use of construction estimating tools and software like ProCore and Civil 3D to maintain cost control and project accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



building codes, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of construction.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Forma, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resources.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and heavy civil construction projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven track record in project management within the construction industry or related fields.
- Ability to coordinate teams efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety standards.
