Looking for a Project Manager who has experience moving and transitioning processes, data, or functionality within Workday.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Workday implementation and HR transformation program. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-level Workday initiatives from planning through implementation, with accountability for project governance, stakeholders, implementation partners, schedule, risks, and dependencies.

The Project Manager will operate within a three-in-a-box delivery model, working closely with the System Integrator Project Manager and Parent Company Project Manager to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, decisions, and overall project delivery. The Project Manager will represent the subsidiary within this joint project leadership structure and coordinate subsidiary activities, resources, governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation, from planning and mobilization through deployment and stabilization.
- Manage multiple project workstreams and dependencies across the broader HR transformation.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, risk management, issue management, and escalation processes.
- Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, HR, Payroll, IT, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate steering committee and executive-level communications.
- Manage schedule, resources, scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage Workday implementation partners, system integrators, vendors, and other third parties.
- Coordinate data migration,



integrations, testing, Payroll, change management, and deployment activities across project teams.
- Support integration requirements associated with M&A; activity, parent companies, subsidiaries, and multiple business entities.
- Ensure project deliverables, milestones, and implementation partner commitments are achieved.

Required Experience

- Significant experience leading large-scale Workday implementation or HR transformation projects.
- Demonstrated end-to-end Workday project/program management experience.
- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience with project governance, executive stakeholders, steering committees, budgets, risks, and implementation partners.
- Experience managing Workday-related data migration, integration, testing, and deployment workstreams at the project/program level.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience delivering HR technology initiatives within complex and/or unionized environments.
- Experience supporting M&A;, parent company, subsidiary, or multi-entity integrations.

Nice to Have

- SAP HCM / SAP ECC experience, particularly within organizations transitioning from an SAP-based HR ecosystem to Workday.
- Understanding of SAP HR/payroll processes, integrations, and legacy data considerations.
- ADP Payroll experience.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday transformation or migration initiatives.
- Exposure to Workday data migration technologies and approaches, including EIBs, Workday Studio, APIs, SQL, ETL, data conversion, reconciliation, and validation.
