Property Maintenance Worker

PeopleReady of Upland, CA is now hiring Property Maintenance Workers in Ontario, CA for a temp-to-perm opportunity! In this role, you'll travel with a crew to various properties to perform general maintenance and repairs. Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17.80 - $17.80 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker:

- Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Refresh units by installing current appliances, carpeting, and lighting
- Prepare and paint walls
- Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
- Restore door locks and key systems
- Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Previous relevant experience required
- Familiarity with production machinery
- Able to read blueprints
- Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds
- Background Check Required
