Being a psychologist in a school setting means supporting the psychological and mental health of students to promote their well-being, good adaptation, and academic success. On a daily basis, you intervene in prevention, screening, assessment, and support for students presenting or likely to present adaptation or learning difficulties. You assess their psychological and mental functioning, develop intervention plans, and work in collaboration with the school team and parents to support their academic journey and personal and social development.

Participate in the development and implementation of the psychology service while respecting educational and administrative frameworks, both at the level of the institutions and the school service center; Exhibit human, relational, and psychological qualities; Proof of success in the French SEL test or CÉFRANC or TECFÉE or the enhanced French exam of the CSSMB within three months of hiring at the latest. The CSSMB encourages a culture focused on well-being and balance.
