Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on backend engineering experience and a passion for Generative AI and Agentic AI .

This role is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys building production-ready AI-powered applications and enterprise software , rather than focusing primarily on traditional AI/ML or Data Science.

Location: Remote but must be from Quebec, Canada

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and own enterprise-level software applications and large-scale projects.
- Build and integrate GenAI and Agentic AI solutions into production environments.
- Develop backend applications using Python , with additional experience in Golang, Rust and Node.js/JavaScript .
- Build AI-powered applications and orchestrate AI agents to solve complex business and software engineering problems.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain and/Or LangGraph .
- Review, redesign, modernize, and transform existing applications using emerging technologies.




- Collaborate across teams to integrate AI agents with multiple internal services and systems.
- Contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , from architecture and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions for enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT / Software Development experience.
- 5+ years of solid hands-on Python experience .
- Strong backend application development experience.
- Experience with Golang and Node.js/JavaScript .
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI / AI-powered applications .
- Experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agent solutions in production.
- Experience building and owning enterprise-scale applications and larger software projects .
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and SDLC.
- Experience working with emerging AI technologies and applying them to real-world applications.
