What You'll Do:
- Developing, reviewing, and updating quality manuals, procedures, and documents.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance and identify issues.
- Analyzing data and reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Providing training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on quality matters.
- Collaborating with other departments and external parties to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Reporting on quality outcomes and initiatives to management and customers

What You Bring:

- University degree in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of QMS and quality tools
- Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation
- Identifies breakdowns in internal processes and systems that directly impact customer service and quality
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
