Regional Manager – British Columbia
Job Summary
Kevito Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance and operations of Chatime locations across British Columbia.
This is a field-based leadership role responsible for supporting franchise partners and store leaders, improving operational performance, and ensuring consistent execution of Chatime standards across the region.
We are looking for a strong operator and people leader who understands store-level execution, can coach teams effectively, and is comfortable using business results and operational data to drive improvement. Candidates who have progressed through store-level leadership roles and are ready to take the next step into multi-unit management are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance across Chatime locations throughout British Columbia
- Coach and support franchise partners and store managers to improve sales, profitability, team performance, and operational execution
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labour, food cost, inventory, waste, and other operational metrics
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and improve store results
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, beverage quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Support the execution of limited-time offers, promotions, menu changes, merchandising, and other brand initiatives
- Provide guidance on labour planning, scheduling, productivity, and cost control
- Ensure effective inventory management, ordering, FIFO, and waste-control practices
- Support training initiatives and the ongoing development of store managers and leadership teams
- Conduct regular store visits and provide hands-on coaching and operational support
- Build strong working relationships with franchise partners and act as a key operational resource for the region
- Support new store openings, remodels, and other regional operational projects as required
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior operations leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably within QSR, restaurant, café, food and beverage, or retail; multi-unit experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated progression through store-level leadership roles such as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, General Manager, District Manager, or equivalent
- Strong Store Managers or General Managers with a proven track record of developing teams and delivering strong business results will be considered
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales and operational performance in a store or multi-unit workplace
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Solid understanding of P&L; drivers, labour management, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with franchise partners is considered a strong asset
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
