KPMG in Canada is seeking an Employee Listening and Engagement Specialist within the National HR team in Victoria, BC. You will roll out our employee listening strategy using Qualtrics, act as SME for the Qualtrics suite, and support talent development initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with HR Consultants, HR Business Partners and other BES teams to design surveys, analyze results with PowerBI, and drive improvements in the employee experience for a national scope.
