Duties

- Prepare and cook ramen noodles, broths, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in every bowl served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Serve guests promptly with friendly, attentive service while explaining menu items and answering questions




- Support the team during busy hours by helping with meal preparation and food assembly
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in food preparation or cooking roles
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen safety practices, and sanitation standards
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to ramen or Japanese cuisine is a plus
- Solid understanding of the food industry’s best practices for quality control and safety compliance
