Evidence of continuing career development e.g. relevant training Experience of working in a community setting Experience of working with service users with psychosis Experience of the use of evidence based interventions relating to the care of service users with psychosis Knowledge of current Government Policy and Guidelines concerning the provision of community mental health care in general and of Early intervention in Psychosis in particular Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide care that is sensitive to the needs of minority groups Understanding of the supervision process

£38,488 - £46,852 per annum inclusive of HCAS
