Teeswater Concrete is a family-owned, full-service ready-mix concrete and aggregates supplier that has proudly served Midwestern and Southwestern Ontario for over 45 years. With locations throughout the region, we supply quality concrete and aggregates to the agricultural, commercial, energy, and residential sectors.

The Prospect

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team in a variety of operational roles, including Ready-Mix Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators.

Depending on the position and location, responsibilities may include operating ready-mix trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment, working around our plants and aggregate pits, delivering materials to customers, performing general equipment inspections, and assisting with day-to-day operations as needed.

- Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers and the public
- Are flexible and willing to support different areas of the operation when required
- Have previous experience in construction, agriculture, trucking, aggregates or heavy equipment operation — an asset, but not required for all positions
