About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team in Callander, Ontario. This is an opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, negotiating transactions, and helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

You will guide clients through the buying and selling process, develop new business opportunities, coordinate property viewings, and provide knowledgeable support throughout each transaction.

Responsibilities

- Represent buyers and sellers throughout real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and follow up on new business and sales opportunities
- Conduct property showings, consultations, and client meetings
- Prepare and present property information and market updates
- Assist clients with offers, negotiations, and transaction processes
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records
- Stay informed about local market conditions and available properties
- Provide responsive, professional customer service throughout each transaction

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario real estate registration or eligibility to become registered




- Previous real estate, sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and online listing tools
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is an asset
