Job Overview:

As a Freelance Real Estate Photographer at Spotter Realty, you will travel to properties in the Hamilton/Burlington area, ensuring they are presented attractively through skilled photography and videography. This role requires proficiency in photo and video editing software, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Travel to and photograph various real estate properties, ensuring readiness for photoshoots.

- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet specific requirements.

- Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

- Edit and organize images, adhering to deadlines while maintaining quality.

- Engage professionally with clients, showcasing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, with a portfolio.

- Own photography equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera, tripod, lenses, drone).

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing programs.

- Reliable vehicle for transportation.





- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings and weekends.

- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with iGuide or Matterport (Matterport is preferred)

- Familiarity with interior photography and off-camera lighting.

- Drone photography experience and a basic drone operator license.

- Knowledge of post-processing workflows.

Equipment Needed:

- Home computer for photo/video editing.

- Hybrid Camera (e.g., Canon R series), tripod, drone.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
