You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How You Will Contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

How you will contribute The receiver is responsible for accepting, inspecting, documenting, and storing incoming shipments. This position ensures deliveries match purchase orders, arrive following GMPs, safety, and quality guidelines.

- Work in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
- Assembly and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
- Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule

What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Previous warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience preferred; Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana; Ability to read purchase orders and shipping documents; Strong attention to detail and organization skills; Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.); Forklift experience required 3+ years; Basic math skills; Able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs/25kg; Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment; Flexibility and coverage on off shifts is required.

Salary and Benefits
The expected annualized salary range for this position is $50,669.00 to $69,296.00 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 5% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, and potential shift premiums and / or overtime.
