We are looking for a receptionist/ medical office assistant to join our clinic. The job consists of administrative and clerical duties. Past experience in a health clinic is an asset but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the booking software (JaneApp) we use.

Job Duties

Creates a welcoming workplace by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and taking messages for practioners.

Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties.

Creates communicates with ICBC, WSBC,



and other insurance providers email, letters, or telephone calls.

Schedules and maintains practioners schedule.

Provides support for teams when necessary.

Communicating, reporting, patient follow up calls.

Must have good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills;

General clinic daily operations, including front end coordination and billing.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week

- Abbotsford, BC V2T 1V6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- receptionist/medical office assistant: 1 year (preferred)
