The position would include checking in patients, booking appointments, running health cards, pre-testing patients as needed, and of course answering phones.

Looking for an associate to work front desk temporary contract 6-8mths but at full-time hrs (32-36)

- Full time position available immediately. Experience in optics will be an asset

What do you need?

- Willingness to deliver excellent patient care utilizing the training we will give you
- Ability to be organized and complete tasks on time
- Booking appointments and invoicing, direct billing for patients
- Conducting pre-test and special tests
- Complete necessary administration

Evening Schedule: Monday to Thursday

Weekend Schedule: No
