AgeCare is seeking a Recreation Worker dedicated to empowering residents in long-term care through enjoyable and purposeful recreational activities. In this role, you will develop and implement programs that promote lifelong learning and relationship-building.

You will also maintain supportive environments that encourage resident participation in both home and community settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement daily recreation and leisure activities
- Create engaging environments for resident participation
- Foster relationships with residents, families,

- Observe and document changes in resident abilities
- Support quality improvement of recreation programs Requirements:
- Experience with seniors in long-term care
- Post-secondary education in recreation or related field
- Skills in planning meaningful wellness activities
- Knowledge in therapeutic programming techniques
