We're hiring Red Seal Journeyperson Electricians and 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentices to join our team full time.

Working under the direction of a Foreman, you'll perform electrical installations on active multi-residential construction sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Electrical installations on wood frame and concrete multi-residential projects
- Slab, conduit, and in-concrete installations
- Suite rough-in and layout work
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings




- Working alongside other electricians and trades to keep projects on schedule
- Troubleshooting and completing work to project specifications
- Following site safety requirements and Adria procedures
- Supporting apprentices and other team members as your experience grows

What We're Looking For

You'll need to be either:

- A Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician; or
- A 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice

We're particularly interested in candidates with 2+ years of multi-residential construction experience, including wood frame and/or concrete projects. Experience with the following is an asset:

- Suite rough-in and layout
- Slab, conduit, and in-concrete work
- Reading electrical drawings
- Distribution systems and tenant improvement projects
- Working on active construction sites alongside multiple trades

You should also be comfortable working independently when required, taking direction from your Foreman, and travelling to project sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

Most importantly, we're looking for people who show up, do good work, work well with the crew, and want to keep developing their skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Journeyperson Electricians: $40–$50/hour, based on skills and experience.

Apprentices: Competitive hourly wages based on apprenticeship level and experience.
