We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Seal Plumber / Gasfitter B to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform gas fitting work in compliance with safety standards and local codes, ensuring secure connections and leak testing
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems such as HVAC units related to plumbing or gas systems
- Troubleshoot issues using basic math skills to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions




- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of work to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Experience

- Valid Red Seal certification as a Plumber / Gasfitter B with proven experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC systems, construction practices, and maintenance procedures
- Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Prior experience working with blueprint reading, assembly processes, carpentry skills, and heavy lifting tasks
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards related to plumbing and gas fitting
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and system specifications
- Experience working with schematics and technical drawings to guide installation or repair projects
- Valid driver’s licence/ clean abstract
