Sales and Marketing Full time Requisition #: TERRI002174 Description Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Fort St.
The Territory
Manager – Construction and Forestry role is vital in the creation, fostering, and growing of Customer relationships within the defined area of responsibility (AOR) with the goal of increasing sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods. A successful Territory Manager (TM) will have extensive knowledge of all potential users of new and used Construction & Forestry equipment within their designated AOR, be aware and participate in the purchasing and rental activities of all Customers, and report back to the Company on activity/transaction details on a day to day basis. The TM will also identify other business opportunities within the AOR that may be served by other areas of Brandt – Parts & Service, Sales of other products represented or manufactured by Brandt (ex: On Highway trucks & trailers, Agricultural equipment, etc).

Achieve
Sales targets as set out by the Company.
Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities. Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
Deliver continuousProspectingactivity and development ofnew accounts. Maintainaccuraterecords of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations. Submit lost sales reports ona timelybasis. Lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales andsubmittedon a weekly basis to the manager.
Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers. Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft office suite. Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.
Being bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.
