We are a growing multidisciplinary health clinic offering Registered Massage Therapy and Clinical Counselling, with virtual counselling designed to make professional mental health support more accessible, convenient, and flexible.

We are currently welcoming another Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our team in a primarily virtual position.

This opportunity may be well suited to an established counsellor looking to expand their practice or a motivated clinician who values the independence of private practice with administrative and clinic support behind them.

Your Role As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with MICRO, you will:
- Provide ethical, client-centred virtual counselling within your professional scope and competencies
- Complete appropriate intake, assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records
- Obtain and document informed consent for counselling and virtual care
- Maintain qualified boundaries and confidentiality
- Recognize and appropriately respond to risk, safety, and crisis concerns
- Maintain your own professional registration, insurance, and continuing competency requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate and with client consent
- Practise in accordance with BCACC standards, applicable privacy requirements, and relevant legislation

What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation




- Active membership and good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
- Professional liability insurance
- Appropriate education and clinical training required for RCC registration
- Ability to provide virtual counselling from a private, confidential, and professional environment
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills

An Asset
- Previous counselling or private-practice experience
- Experience working with individuals, couples, families, or youth
- Training in evidence-informed therapeutic approaches
- An established clinical area of interest or population focus
- Interest in developing and growing a virtual counselling caseload
