About Us: We are a well-established dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our community. Aldergrove Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with alternating Saturdays. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, is committed to excellent patient care, and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the treatment chair with care and precision of a busy schedule
- Prepare and help sterilize instruments and equipment as needed
- Take dental images, scans and radiology as directed
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs and any concerns
- Provide patients with oral care and post op instructions following procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and manage anxiety during treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation every day by end of day.
- Perform routine office tasks as needed

Qualifications:





- Registered Dental Assistant certification
- Previous experience in a dental office preferred but will train the right person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in dental software and technology

- Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
