We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team for 2–3 Saturdays per month.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who already has a weekday position but would like to add a consistent Saturday schedule in a well-established, comprehensive dental practice.

We are looking for a clinician who takes pride in providing high-quality care and understands that dental hygiene plays an important role in the patient's overall treatment journey.

Our hygienists are valued as clinicians and partners in patient care, not simply as providers of dental cleanings.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene and periodontal therapy
- Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients regarding periodontal health, prevention, home care, and recommended treatment
- Identify clinical concerns and communicate findings effectively with the dentist
- Participate in our comprehensive co-diagnosis approach with clinical team and patients
- Recognize opportunities for restorative, orthodontic, cosmetic, airway,



and other comprehensive treatment discussions
- Maintain a high standard of infection prevention and clinical care
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Work collaboratively with dentists, assistants, administrative team members, and fellow hygienists

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a hygienist who is clinically confident, personable, dependable, and genuinely invested in patient care.

The ideal candidate:

- Is a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO
- Has previous clinical dental hygiene experience
- Has strong periodontal assessment and instrumentation skills
- Is confident educating patients and discussing clinical findings
- Understands the importance of comprehensive care and co-diagnosis
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is comfortable with digital dentistry and learning new technology
- Is organized, efficient, and able to manage their schedule effectively
- Is dependable and looking for a consistent long-term Saturday position
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing dental team

Experience with iTero scanning, Invisalign, comprehensive dentistry, airway/sleep dentistry, or myofunctional therapy is an asset but not required. Training can be provided for the right candidate.





Schedule

Part-Time: 2–3 Saturdays per month with chance to grow for the right candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who can commit to a consistent Saturday schedule rather than occasional or temporary coverage.
