- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures,



answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and management to promote wellness programs and client retention initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy practices.
