- Maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and wellness practices to support ongoing health goals
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Keep detailed and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, expected outcomes, and answer any questions professionally
Requirements
- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally
- Effective communication skills to explain procedures clearly and listen attentively to client concerns
