Duties

- Provide personalized massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records while respecting client confidentiality.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches to enhance results.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment setting by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during,



and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and listen attentively to client needs.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude within a team environment.
- Prior experience in diverse massage techniques is preferred but not required; ongoing training is supported.
- Must adhere to all health regulations and maintain current certifications in CPR and first aid.
