The Candidate we are looking for

Credentials & Professional Standards

- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Uphold the standards of the CMTO Code of Ethics and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Organized with robust attention to detail

Clinical Practice & Treatment
- Conduct thorough assessments and tailor treatments to patient goals
- Deliver individualized treatments within your scope of practice, guided by assessment findings
- Create an exceptional treatment experience for every patient
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Patient Communication & Education
- Communicate your treatment plan, clinical reasoning, and expectations clearly
- Comfortable explaining clinical reasoning and human anatomy in a way that is clear, approachable,



and relevant to each patient’s condition
- Educate clients on recovery and ongoing treatment plans

Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate / vigilant clinical documentation, including charting, SOAP notes, and outcome tracking

Community & Engagement
- Occasionally participate in clinic community initiatives or events (optional)

New grads welcome. Experience is valued — but mindset matters a lot for us. Nice-to-Have Extra Skills

Not required, but it will be great if you have:

- Prenatal massage
- Lymphatic drainage
- Myofascial release
- Sports massage
- Multilingual
- Additional modalities that complement holistic wellness

Compensation Compensation Range(commensurate with experience): $65 - $71.50
