VON NSWOC is seeking a skilled RN specializing in wound, ostomy, and continence care in the Sarnia area. You will provide comprehensive wound assessments, ostomy care, and continence management, working with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that improve quality of life for clients in home or clinic settings. You will educate clients and families, mentor other care providers, and collaborate with peers to advance wound care practices.
