Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Nursing in the Automotive Industry in Windsor, Ontario. We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support employee health and well-being in a fast-paced occupational health setting. You'll provide clinical care, injury management, emergency response, and health education while helping maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Total Rewards

- $40.00 - $44.00 hourly

Responsibilities

- Provide health education, counselling, and wellness support to employees
- Assess, treat, and follow up on occupational illnesses and workplace injuries
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical situations
- Support WSIB claims management and return-to-work programs
- Coordinate injury reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Conduct medical surveillance exams and pre-employment assessments
- Maintain accurate health records and clinic documentation




- Partner with management on workplace health and safety initiatives

The Successful Candidate Brings

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Emergency, or Cardiac Care Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration in good standing with the College of Nurses
- Ability to work Days, Afternoons, Midnights, weekdays, and weekends
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety legislation, College of Nurses standards, and PHIPA requirements
