Nurse (ONA) – Temporary Unscheduled Part Time – until Approximately July 2028 Posting Period: Hours of Work: ONA - 12H, DL, NL, WEEKENDS Location: WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital, KW Campus) Responsible for the provision and coordination of care for the high and low risk antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum patients and neonates within a family/patient centered care framework.

Current

Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario ~ 2 years’ recent experience in Surgery/Medicine/Emergency nursing practice mandatory. Recent experience in perinatal nursing is preferred. Graduate nurses who have completed a practicum consolidation in obstetrics may be considered. ~ Completion of or current enrollment in a perinatal certificate course (college-level) or Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) Perinatal Certification preferred.

Applicants not holding NRP provider status may be considered however as a condition of hire, certification must be obtained prior to unit orientation.
