Full-time / Part-time | Fee-for-Service Percentage Split

Élan Vital Pilates is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to help establish physiotherapy services within our Pilates studio. We’re looking for a professional who values individualised care, movement education, and teamwork.

Our goal is to combine physiotherapy with appropriately coordinated equipment-based Pilates to help clients improve mobility, build strength, and move with greater confidence. This opportunity is suited to a physiotherapist interested in integrating clinical practice with a movement-focused studio environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will assess and treat clients within your professional scope, develop individualised treatment plans, and support their progress through treatment, exercise, and education.

- Conduct initial assessments to identify clients’ needs, goals, and functional limitations.
- Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings and client preferences.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatment and therapeutic exercise.
- Guide clients in self-management strategies and home exercises.
- Reassess progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with Pilates instructors, with client consent, to communicate appropriate exercise recommendations and modifications.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and protect client confidentiality.
- Identify when further assessment or referral to another healthcare professional is appropriate.
- Help establish clear workflows for physiotherapy appointments, client communication, and front desk coordination.

REQUIREMENTS




- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and eligibility to practise independently.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment-planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach to client care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with instructors and studio staff.
- An interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and equipment-based Pilates.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Working hours can be discussed based on mutual needs.

Compensation is based on a percentage split of physiotherapy service revenue. The specific percentage will be discussed during an in-person interview. Working arrangements, equipment needs, and details of the clinical setup will also be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
