Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal results
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and patient progress in compliance with healthcare standards
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospital settings or acute care environments
- Hands-on experience with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Prior experience providing patient-centered care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery
- Familiarity with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and interdisciplinary teamwork is preferred
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
