Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Your expertise will support patients across various settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and pediatric care environments.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises for continued improvement outside clinical settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region.
- Proven hospital experience with exposure to acute care environments.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and pediatric conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in pediatrics or acute care settings will be considered an asset.
