- Educate patients and families on health promotion
- Collaborate effectively with an interprofessional team




- Contribute to care planning and implementation
- Provide safe, competent care within nursing scope
- Mentor RPN students and new staff members

Requirements:

- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized program
- Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current medication certificate and BLS certification
- Experience in Complex Continuing Care preferred
- Solid communication and leadership skills
