This role includes a mix of daytime and evening hours across a 3-4 day week , with no weekend work. Sessions are delivered primarily in person at our Uptown Waterloo office.

our space is designed to foster comfort and connection.

Competitive pay: $75-$110 per hour for client sessions (up to $93,000 - $137,000/year) (psychologist may be higher) Financial support for additional evidence-based training. A beautifully furnished, centrally located office in Uptown Waterloo. Regular free peer consultations and in-house workshops.

Flexible scheduling tailored to your needs. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychotherapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology. Registered professional in good standing with a relevant Ontario college (e.g., Post-graduate experience in couples therapy (Gottman or EFT) would be a strong asset as a candidate.

Robust skills in evidence-based therapy models (CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, Gottman, EFT, etc.). Valid professional liability insurance and a clear criminal record check. At least two years of post-graduate experience.

Availability to offer 2-3 evenings per week for sessions on an ongoing basis At Trillium Counselling, we believe in the power of connection—both with our clients and each other.
