You will manage Relational Security Officers and Supervisors while developing policies and facilitating training programs that align with best practices. Your leadership will promote a culture of safety and equity throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of security personnel and ensure compliance
- Develop and deliver training and educational programs
- Implement trauma-informed care and cultural safety practices




- Manage inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Conduct departmental investigations and quality improvement meetings Requirements:
- College diploma in criminal justice or related field
- Minimum five years security experience, two years supervisory
- Valid Basic Security Training and Advanced Security Training preferred
- Valid BC Driver’s license for local travel
