This full-time position focuses on the CayOps program and supports Install Base customers. You will guide clients through processes and ensure effective use of our solutions while fostering a culture of AI innovation. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage technology solutions proactively for clients
- Lead client training and support through processes
- Conduct business analysis and process reviews
- Oversee user acceptance testing and change management
- Document user processes and conduct handovers

Requirements:

- Knowledge of utility life cycle processes
- Solid communication skills across all levels
- Experience with both business and IT groups
- Ability to travel up to 25% within North America
- Background in software implementation is preferred
