As a Remote Baker for Dexterra Group, you are responsible for baking sweet and savory products for a bagged lunch program and daily menus.

This role requires large-scale camp cooking experience and the ability to work independently. You'll maintain high food safety and quality standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients in a supportive camp workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Produce scratch and pre-fabricated bakery products
- Prepare and plate cakes, pies, and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Complete HACCP and production logs
- Stock and maintain bakery service area

Requirements:

- Current Food Safe certificate is required
- Large scale camp cooking experience required
- Red Seal certification is an asset
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
