Are you an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong grasp of sales who’s passionate about building long-term client relationships? As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your passion for providing top-notch customer service will shine as you support our commercial clients while helping strengthen overall retention. You know that every client interaction is an opportunity to not only better understand their risk exposure, but also recommend solutions that are right for the unique needs of their business.

More in a “how else can I help you today?” You’ll work with our clients through different channels to answer questions, make policy changes, provide certificates, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, more.



Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with teammates from across our brokerage Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions that help businesses navigate the complexities of commercial insurance Understanding client risk exposures and recommending products, coverages, and limits that better protect them and their business You’ve worked as a Commercial Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for five or more years.

We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000–$75,000+, along with performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities.
